Our marketing fee is $1990. If you elect to place your home on the Realtor MLS, you select the amount of commission paid to the Selling agent. A $995 retainer is paid at the time of listing and is applied towards the total listing fee of $1990.

At your option you may receive calls from buyers that are not working with a broker and save even more! At your option, we will place your phone number on all signs and advertising so prospective buyers can call you directly. You show your home and when you find a buyer, we step in and take care of the rest--negotiating, buyer qualification, escrow and closing--we do it all! All you pay is $1990.
